Our main dining room, three times a day, every day of your stay.
Every resort has a room where the day begins, and at SeaGarden it is The Jasmine. Breakfast here is a Jamaican institution: ackee and saltfish, callaloo, festival, fried dumplings, and fruit cut an hour earlier, with hot coffee to start the day. Lunch keeps the pace easy. Dinner turns the room over to the week’s themed buffets.
The room itself does half the work: arched windows, ceiling fans turning slowly, and the gardens pressing green against the glass. Come hungry, dress easy, and bring the whole table. It is included, all of it.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. Themed dinners rotate through the week.
Resort casual. No swimwear or wet clothes at the table, please.
