Legal Wedding

Documents must be submitted at least two (2) months prior to wedding date.

1. Notarized copies of birth certificate for bride and groom
2. If divorced, final divorce decree
3. If widowed the death certificate of former spouse
4. Photo ID (picture page of passports or driver’s license)
5. If you’ve had a name change: deed poll or adoption papers
6. Home address after your wedding.
7. The resort requires that both the bride & groom be on the island at least 72 hours prior to the wedding date.
